Cano-cream is, as the name already suggests, a cream that can be used in emulsion-based products. It is composed by pre-emulsified lipids loaded with natural anti-oxidants. This natural pre-mix can help food companies to remove refined oils, lecithines, or other emulsifiers, and possibly synthetic anti-oxidants.*
Applications: (plant-based) dressing, frozen desserts, cheese and meat, yogurt, creams, ice creams, toppings, and emulsion-based products.
